The Quilt Trail of Brandon VT

The road through town is under construction, but the artists of Brandon have blazed a trail of their own: The Quilt Trail of Brandon, Vermont.

It’s the Brandon Artists Guild’s latest community arts project. Over 50 quilt boards – from 18 inches to 4-foot square – adorn barns, businesses and homes around our village. Each board is a unique piece of modern folk art – designed and hand-painted by members and friends of the Guild to beautify Brandon. Once painted, the boards were enthusiastically adopted by homeowners and businesses throughout the area, who made the Trail a reality by donating the space to display them to their best advantage.

Explore the Trail. These weatherproof, wooden boards have been placed in over 40 locations downtown and throughout the Brandon area. To find them, pick up a Quilt Trail Map at the Guild gallery or at many of our local shops and inns. Or follow the trail on Google Maps using your smartphone or device.
