May Celebration Reception
We have so much to celebrate! It’s our 25th Anniversary! Kick-off for this summer-long celebration will be one not to miss! Plus we have four amazing new exhibiting artists at our cooperative. “In the Path of Shade” - Solar Eclipse Celebration Reception
Join us for the opening reception of our member show “In the Path of Shade”, a celestial celebration that captures the awe-inspiring essence of a solar eclipse. The show runs from March 1st through April 28th.
Calling All Artists!!
Calling all Vermont artists and artisans! Our next jury for Exhibiting Membership meets April 1st.
Come join a vibrant community of 30+ Vermont creatives, exhibit at our Brandon gallery, and help support the arts throughout the region. Application deadline is Monday, March 18.
Student Art Show Reception
Annual Student Art Show 2024 will run from the opening reception on February 2nd through February 25th.
This celebration of imagination and creativity is brought to you by students in the Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union K-12 schools and their dedicated educators: John Brodowski, Jennifer Hogan, Matt Aucoin, Dasha Kalisz, and Dakota Rider.

November Artist of the Month: Judy Knope - Reception Artist Talk
For me, photography is the only way to capture a moment. By combining light and emotion I hope to create something pleasing to the viewer. My aim is to go beyond the familiar “big picture” landscape approach to show a different side of everyday objects.

October Artist of the Month: Hallie Monroe - Reception Artist Talk
Hallie’s stained glass work uses contemporary and traditional vitreous glass painting techniques that are fired in a kiln and are fused to the surface of the glass. Her fused vessels are made with Bullseye glass.
Artist of the Month: Liza Myers Artist Talk
Liza Myers is both a painter and a sculptor. Her art is themed with nature, painting the architecture of tangled nests and their inhabitants. Liza’s imagery weaves a strong thread of global interconnectedness.
Liza’s work will be exhibited at the gallery for the entire month of September. On the evening of the 15th you will have a chance to listen to Liza speak about her inspiration and process, and ask her questions.
Artist of the Month: Mike Mayone - Reception
With meticulous attention to detail, Mike Mayone creates oil and acrylic paintings that capture the charm of Vermont and New England with true realism. Often considered photorealistic, his masterpieces are known to stir emotions and kindle humanity’s need to “slow down the pace.”
Artist of the Month: Muffy Kashkin Grollier
We will be celebrating exhibiting member, Muffy Kashkin Grollier, with an exhibition of her needle-felt work. Just like Summer, Muffy’s work is sunny and fanciful.
Muffy’s work in sheep wool is rich with color and uniqueness. Her understanding of the physical qualities of wool fiber and what it can do is inspiring
“I like the textural feel of fiber; it’s like the living spirit of the sheep is in the fiber and helps to bring the painting alive.”
Muffy attended the University of Hartford Art School and Massachusetts College of Art, and continued her artistic studies independently. She’s taken many classes and workshops with a variety of artists studying felting, pastels, watercolors, doll-making and mixed media art. Her work can be found at Brandon Artists Guild and in her home studio in Orwell, Vermont.
Muffy’s artist of the month reception will be Friday, July 21, 2023, from 7-8:30 pm. The public is welcome to come and visit with Muffy as she talks about her work. Please join us.
